Acceptance of Terms
Acceptance of a quote, payment of a deposit, or full payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which govern all orders and services.
Order Payment
Orders under $1,000: full payment required upon receipt.
Orders $1,000 and over: 50% deposit required at order, balance payable upon pickup.
Rush Orders: full payment required at order; additional fees apply.
Taxes
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars excluding taxes; applicable taxes (GST/QST) will be added as required by law.
Ownership of Work
All work, products, or creations remain our property until full payment is received.
Paper Availability
If specified paper or material is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent to avoid production delays.
Mockups, Images and Visual Simulations
Mockups, images, simulations or visual representations (used in quotes, portfolios, website or promotional materials) are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual final product in color, texture, layout, or finish.
Color and Quality
Colors seen on screen or proofs may differ from the final printed products. Such normal variations do not constitute defects.
Turnaround Time
Production timelines are approximate and subject to change due to material availability, workload, and other factors.
Late Fees
Late payment interest at 3% per month (equivalent to 36% per annum) may be applied on any overdue balance from the due date.
Claims
All claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of the product or service.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec (Canada), and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
